Dr. Yerra Nageswara Rao founded Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Nursing Home in Guntur in 1974. His commitment to accessible and personal medical care established the foundation on which the present hospital was built.
Over the following decades, the institution served families in Guntur and surrounding areas and developed a strong relationship with the local community. In 2007, the next generation joined the hospital and expanded its focus to include specialised paediatric and neonatal surgical care.
As Founder and Chairman, Dr. Yerra Nageswara Rao continues to represent the hospital's core values of responsibility, personal attention and service to patients.
